DocuSign appoints Kirsten Wolberg chief technology and operations officer

DocuSign has appointed Kirsten Wolberg as chief technology and operations officer. Ms. Wolberg will report to Dan Springer, DocuSign’s CEO. In another development, Steve Krause was appointed as SVP strategy and product marketing.

Ms. Wolberg previously served as CIO at Salesforce, and vice president of technology at both PayPal and Charles Schwab. Shereceived her masters of business administration from Kellogg School of Management and her bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Krause was formerly the head of product management for the Oracle Marketing Cloud. He received his BA Honors in Politics from UC Santa Cruz. Mr.  Krause will report to Scott Olrich, the company’s chief strategy and marketing officer.
