Digital Signal Corp (DSC), a company that provides three-dimensional, long-range facial recognition solutions, closed a $10.3 million round of financing on December 19 with a group of existing investors who participated in a $15 million round in April 2011, says the company.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes including investments in manufacturing, building infrastructure, and expansion of the sales and marketing effort.
