Critical Path Acquires Laszlo Systems

Messaging solutions company Critical Path has acquired privately held Laszlo Systems, creators of the Webtop application. Financial details of the acquisition are not being shared.

Laszlo Systems is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, and offers a Webtop platform, including a Webtop cloud solution. Critical Path was founded in 1997 and is a provider of messaging, security and identity solutions to both services providers and enterprises. In 2010, Critical Path merged with Mirapoint.
