CR Software, a provider of enterprise collection and receivables management solutions and the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR), has selected the Titanium ORE (Open Receivables Environment as the software platform for the DLLR Unemployment Benefits Overpayment program.
Unemployment insurance provides benefits to persons who are unemployed and are ready, willing and able to work, and are actively seeking work.
The DLLR will use the Titanium platform to identify fraudulent claims, eliminate overpayments and increase collections.
