Concord raises $25 million

San Francisco-based contract management platform company Concord has closed $25 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by new investor Tenaya Capital, with participation from previous investors CRV and Alven.

Tenaya Capital partner Paul Drews, will join the Concord board.
