CACI wins $81M deal to upgrade DIA media exploitation systems

CACI has been awarded a five-year, $81 million task order to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC).

The Storefront and Dissemination Support task order will provide global information technology (IT) operational, sustainment, and modernization for databases across the intelligence community (IC) and the Department of Defense (DoD).

The task order, part of the DIA’s Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation, and Engineering 2 (DORE2) contract, focuses on enhancing information dissemination capabilities through the modernization of legacy NMEC systems and the development of a secure, robust cloud architecture. CACI’s role will also encompass management, operations, and maintenance support, incorporating Agile methodologies to ensure effective system updates and maintenance.
