Box acquires Crooze to boost its content management capabilities

Box has announced the acquisition of Crooze, a provider of no-code enterprise content management applications developed on the Box Platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition aims to utilize Crooze’s technology, including its no-code app builder and metadata capabilities, to assist organizations in managing business-critical processes such as contract lifecycle management, digital asset management, controlled document management, and enterprise content libraries, says Box.

Following the acquisition, Box plans to continue offering and supporting Crooze products and services. Additionally, Box intends to integrate Crooze technology directly into the Box Content Cloud, aiming to provide enhanced content management solutions to its users.
