Boston Logan International Airport Gets A Virtual Greeter

Boston Logan International Airport has deployed the Tensator Virtual Assistant as a bi-lingual virtual greeter, to inform and guide passengers through the Terminal E security checkpoint.

Tensator  installed the first US Airport Virtual Greeter in Washington Dulles International Airport. Frankfurt, Dubai, Edinburgh, Bristol, London and Birmingham airports also use the Tensator virtual assistant. Tensator has a network of 100 distribution partners and 1,000 resellers worldwide serving 170 countries.
