BMobilized Raises Additional $2.5M

Mobile technology startup bMobilized has received an additional $2.5 million in Series A funding from Norway’s Alliance Venture, Investinor and Alden AS, which together had invested $1.5 million in the New York startup last April.

BMobilized’s cloud-based do-it-yourself technology platform lets small and medium businesses convert their websites into customizable HTML5-enabled mobile sites.

BMobilized was started in Oslo, Norway. The company moved to New York in 2010.
