Belkin Expands Board Of Directors

Belkin International has appointed Dermot Boden and Gary Morin to its board of directors, effective immediately.

A veteran marketing and branding executive, Dermot Boden is currently the chief brand officer at Citigroup. Prior to Citi, he spent over three years as the chief marketing officer of LG Electronics. Mr. Boden has also held leadership positions in marketing and branding at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson, both on a regional and global scale.

Gary Morin brings more than 30 years of financial management and leadership experience to the Belkin board. He retired from Lexmark International in 2006 after 10 years in executive roles including executive vice president and chief financial officer. His previous experience includes serving as the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Huffy Corporation, as well as roles at Tambrands, General Foods, and Pillsbury. Mr. Morin is a veteran corporate board member and currently serves on the board of both Citrix Systems and the Sealy Corporation.
