Bank of America using ModoPayments digital payments hub

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ModoPayments have inked a strategic relationship that will give the bank access to Modo’s digital payments hub.

Modo’s digital payments hub takes monetary value from multiple sources, and can deliver it to just about any destination, without requiring partners to modify their systems, says the company.

With access to Modo’s payment solutions, companies may be able to reach new populations around the world, an increasingly critical consideration as commerce crosses borders and the “gig economy” (temporary or freelance workers) continues to grow, said Bank of America in a statement.
