Avalon Technologies has appointed Mark Horan as the company’s chief executive. Mr. Horan is a former Dell executive and a 35-year industry veteran, according to a statement from the company. Mr. Horan most recently served as vice president and general manager of Dell’s Preferred Accounts division for commercial and public sector customers.
