Autodesk acquires Assemble Systems

Autodesk has acquired Salem, Massachusetts-based Assemble Systems, a provider of SaaS solutions that enables construction professionals to condition, query and connect BIM data to  workflows. Assemble Systems’ solution will be integrated with Autodesk’s BIM 360 project management platform, said the company in a statement.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
