Calgary, Alberta-based Attabotics, a 3D robotics supply chain company, has raised $71.7 million in a Series C-1 funding round. The investment was led by Export Development Canada (EDC) with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’) through Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG).
Jefferies acted as the sole and exclusive placement agent and financial advisor to the company in connection with the transaction.
Attabotics has raised $165.1 million to date.
