Apple increases focus on iOS enterprise apps; partners with Accenture

Apple is partnering with Accenture to create joint business solutions for iOS. The apps and services are expected to leverage Accenture’s systems integration expertise as well as existing partnerships Apple has with enterprise vendors like SAP and Cisco. The companies will also be working on migration services to help clients transfer their existing legacy applications and data to the new apps.

Accenture will be creating a dedicated iOS practice within its digital studios, with Apple co-locating engineers to work with the Accenture team.
