Anecdotes, a company providing enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, has raised a $25 million Series B funding round.
The funding was led by Glilot Capital Partners, with backing from existing Anecdotes investors Red Dot Capital Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, and Shasta Ventures. New investors Vertex Capital and DTCP also participated in the Series B round.
Anecdotes’s latest round of funding follows a $25 million Series A raised in February 2022. The company has raised $55 million to date.
Anecdotes was founded in 2020 by Yair Kuznitsov and Roi Amior, with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Tel Aviv. Anecdotes customers include Lifelabs, Snowflake, Coinbase, Aristocrat, SoFi, Grafana, and Payscale, according to the company.
