Aeromexico has integrated IBM’s Environmental Intelligence Suite into its operations, a strategic move aimed at improving the management of climate-related risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
The implementation was facilitated by Xatrix, a Mexican consultancy and IBM business partner.
IBM’s AI-powered technology provides Aeromexico with detailed climate risk analyses and access to comprehensive weather information and geospatial data. The system covers over 100 routes operated by the airline globally, offering alerts and insights into various atmospheric conditions like wind, rain, and lightning.
