ADP to use Salesforce Customer 360 platform

Salesforce and ADP announced an expansion of their partnership, where ADP will be using Salesforce Customer 360 platform. The goal is to improve collaboration and provide ADP’s service teams with essential information for real-time, efficient client responses, the companies said in a statement.

The partnership will integrate generative AI to access ADP’s FAQ and knowledge articles, allowing for instant responses to client inquiries, as well.

ADP was among the first companies to work with Salesforce to digitally enable its global sales team. The companies co-developed a suite of mobile-optimized apps that streamlined sales activities.
