Adobe Adds Three New Board Members

Adobe has added three new members to its board, bringing up the size of the board to 12, from nine.

Joining Adobe’s board are Amy Banse, managing director and head of funds for Comcast Ventures and senior vice president of Comcast; Frank Calderoni, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cisco; and Laura Desmond, global chief executive officer of Starcom MediaVest Group.
