Accenture to acquire OnProcess for enhanced supply chain management

Accenture has announced plans to acquire Boston, MA-based OnProcess, a company specializing in supply chain managed services. The acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions, including necessary antitrust approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The integration of OnProcess will provide clients with comprehensive supply chain delivery and after-sales operations solutions, says Accenture. OnProcess specializes in reverse logistics, focusing on the after-sales process. The company utilizes automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making to offer visibility from planning to asset recovery.

OnProcess has a team of over 1,500 employees spread across the U.S., India, Costa Rica, and Bulgaria. The company serves customers in sectors like communications, media and technology, medical devices, logistics, and manufacturing. The Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office owns a majority stake in OnProcess.
