You Can’t Sync Tweets With LinkedIn Anymore

[Techtaffy Newsdesk]

Your tweets will not automatically sync to LinkedIn anymore, says LinkedIn. The goods news is, your LinkedIn updates, can be shared on Twitter. The two companies worked together since 2009 to enable users to share professional conversations on both platforms, but a change in Twitter’s evolving platform efforts mean even if you have synced both the accounts, your tweets will no longer automatically show up as LinkedIn updates.

Ryan Roslanksy (Head, Content Products, LinkedIn): As Twitter shared earlier today in a blog post from Michael Sippey, they are increasingly focused on “providing the core Twitter consumption experience through a consistent set of products and tools.” Consistent with Twitter’s evolving platform efforts, Tweets will no longer be displayed on LinkedIn starting later today.

How can you go around this? Well, instead of going to Twitter, you could head to LinkedIn instead, and hit the Twitter share button.
