Warburg Pincus Acquires Majority Stake In Gordian Group

Warburg Pincus has acquired a majority ownership in the Gordian Group, a construction pricing data and procurement software business servicing the construction industry, from the Wicks Group of Companies, a private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor and KPMG provided accounting diligence support for Warburg Pincus. Bingham McCutchen served as legal advisor to The Gordian Group and The Wicks Group of Companies.
