Twitter Launches Video Sharing Service, Vine

Twitter has launched Vine: a mobile service that lets users capture and share short (around 6 seconds or so) looping videos.

Vine is currently available on the iPhone and iPod touch. You can download it for free from the App Store.  It is coming to other platforms soon, says Twitter
