The Empire State Building replaces self-guided multimedia tour, with new app

The Empire State Building (ESB) Observatory’s latest version of the official ESB Observatory Experience App, which guides visitors through the iconic building’s exhibits and views, will replace the device-dependent, self-guided multimedia tour previously given to each guest, says the Empire State Realty Trust, the real estate investment trust managing the Empire State Building.

The app was created by Antenna International, a company that provides audio and multimedia visitor experience, and is available for both iPhones and Android devices.
