Esri has signed a Space Act Agreement with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), extending access to the broader global community to NASA's geospatial content.

Spatial analytics company Esri has entered into a collaborative agreement with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of the Alibaba Group.

Esri has acquired technology from ClearTerra. The acquisition is expected to provide ArcGIS platform users the ability to  discover and extract geographic coordinates from unstructured textual data.
