Snapchat Declines $3B Facebook Deal

Facebook offered to buy Snapchat for $3 billion, but the messaging service declined the deal. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal by Evelyn M. Rusli and Douglas MacMillan, Snapchat, and the company’s 23-year old CEO Evan Spiegel will not likely consider an acquisition anytime soon.
