Stephen Luczo, chairman and CEO of Seagate, has stepped down from the Microsoft board. Mr. Luczo joined Microsoft’s board in May 2012. He served as a member of the CEO search committee established in August 2013 to identify the successor to former CEO Steve Ballmer. Mr. Luczo also served on the compensation and audit committees of the board.
