Riverbed CEO Joins Nimble Storage Board

Jerry Kennelly, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Riverbed, has joined the Nimble Storage board.

Mr. Kennelly co-founded Riverbed in May 2002 and currently serves as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Dominican University of California.

Prior to founding Riverbed, Mr. Kennelly spent six years at Inktomi, an infrastructure software company, where he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary. Prior to joining Inktomi in October 1996, Mr. Kennelly worked for Sybase, in a number of senior financial and operational positions, Oracle as finance director for US operations, and Hewlett-Packard Company as worldwide sales and marketing controller for the Tandem Computers Division.

Mr. Kennelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a Masters degree from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
