Rally Software Acquires Agile Advantage

Agile software development management company Rally  has acquired Agile Advantage. The size of the acquisition was not shared. Agile Advantage offers software products and consulting services that help companies with software development.

The acquisition adds integrated schedule and cost measurement to Rally Portfolio Manager, enabling evaluation of portfolio performance.

In December 2011, Rally introduced the Agile Portfolio Management solution – Rally Portfolio Manager – to provide a single system of record that connected strategic initiatives with project execution.
