Plain Vanilla Games Raises $22 Million

Plain Vanilla Games, the studio behind QuizUp, one of the fastest growing iPhone games, has raised $22 million in funding. The investment was led by Sequoia Capital, with existing investors including Tencent, also participating. The latest round bring the total investment in Plain Vanilla Games to over $27 million till date.

QuizUp was released in November, and has more than five million people using the app, according to the company.
