OpenText To Acquire Actuate For $330M

Canadian Enterprise Information Management (EIM) company OpenText , has inked a definitive agreement to acquire Silicon Valley-based Actuate, a company working in the analytics space, for roughly $330 million. The transaction is expected to close around March 2015.
