NYT Digital Content Head Joins EA Board

Denise F. Warren, head of digital content and subscriptions at the New York Times, has been appointed to the Electronic Arts (EA) board of directors. Ms. Warren has also been appointed to EA’s Audit Committee.

Ms. Warren is replacing Gregory Maffei, a director at EA for ten years. According to a statement from EA, Mr. Maffei is resigning due to his commitments at Liberty Media, where he is president and CEO.
