LookingGlass raises $26.3 million

LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, a threat intelligence services company based in San Jose, California, has raised $26.3 million, comprised of mezzanine debt funding and incremental venture capital.

Eastward Capital and Triangle Peak Partners led the round. Alsop Louie Partners, Neuberger Berman, and New Spring Capital also participated.
