Linden Lab Appoints Ebbe Altberg CEO

Linden-Lab

Linden Lab has appointed Ebbe Altberg as the company’s new CEO. Former CEO Rod Humble quit the company in January to start his own company.

Most recently prior to joining Linden Lab, Mr. Altberg was COO of BranchOut. Prior to that, he was part of the executive team at Yahoo, most recently as SVP of Media Products. In the past, he has worked at Ingenio and Microsoft.

Linden Lab is the company behind Second Life, Blocksworld, and Desura.
