IBM Signs $300M IT Infrastructure Deal With BMN

IBM

IBM has inked an agreement with BMN, to transform and optimize the bank’s IT infrastructure and applications. As part of the agreement, IBM and BMN will create a new company which will provide application managemen and maintenance. The ten-year deal is valued at approximately $300 million.

BMN is one of the leading financial groups in the Spanish geographic areas. Previously, technology services were delivered by infoCaja, a technology firm owned by BMN and Liberbank.
