Hulu CEO, CTO To Leave

Jason Kilar, CEO of the online video subscription service Hulu, will leave the company sometime in the first quarter this year. Richard Tom, CTO and senior vice president with Hulu will also be leaving the company.

Jason Kiler: Rich and I have been fortunate to build and innovate alongside each other these past 5+ years and our plan is to do more of that on the road ahead.

Mr. Kilar shared his emailed resignation letter on the corporate blog.
