[Techtaffy Newsdesk]

Google has launched a new Zagat app for Android users. Using +Google Play services, the app also requires users to log in with a +Google+ account.

The app is ‘rebuilt from the ground-up’ says the Zagat team, and lets you browse over 30,000 restaurants. You can  refine your search with  over 100 filters, including cuisines, Zagat scores, cost, and dining features (like, child-friendly), and reserve  a table, among other things.

You can download the app from Google Play here. Users who have purchased the old Zagat app developed by Hallmark, may be eligible for a free Zagat guide.

Google acquired Zagat in September last year.
