Facebook Gets A Little Karma For An Undisclosed Sum

[Technology Newsdesk]

Social gift-giving e-commerce platform Karma has been acquired by Facebook, says the co-founders. Karma lets users instantly gratify their impulse gift-giving purchases. You can pick up something from the selection of products Karma offers, and even pick a card to go with our gift. Karma will inform the recipient, and offer them the option to customize the gift, or trade it for something else. Karma will then ship the gift  or even donate the value of the gift to a charity, if the recipient so chooses. Of course, connecting to Facebook takes the experience a step further.

The size of the acquisition was not disclosed.
