CSC Elects Lawrence Zimmerman To Board

CSC has appointed Lawrence A. Zimmerman a member of the company’s  board of directors and a member and chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Zimmerman, 69, previously served as vice chairman and chief financial officer of Xerox. He also spent 32 years with IBM, holding various senior finance positions, including corporate controller. He currently serves as a director of Brunswick and Delphi Automotive, and previously was a director for Stanley Black & Decker.
