Cradlepoint closes $89M Series C round

Cradlepoint, a company that provides 4G LTE enterprise network solutions,  including SD-WAN and cloud services, has closed $89 million in Series C funding. The round was led by TCV.

Cradlepoint says it will use these funds to expand product initiatives in Software-Defined Networking (SDN), advanced 4G and 5G wireless connectivity, and enterprise Internet of Things (IoT).

Ted Coons, general partner at TCV, and Doug Gilstrap, venture partner at TCV, have joined Cradlepoint’s board.
