Cleversafe Raises $55M

Cleversafe has secured $55 million in funding. The investment was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from existing investors, as well as new investor New World Ventures. NEA’s managing general partner Peter Barris has joined Cleversafe’s board of directors.

Cleversafe investors include Alsop Louie Partners, Motorola Solutions, NEA, OCA Ventures, and Presidio, among others.
