CGI wins $133.9M IDIQ contract for Momentum enterprise solution

CGI has been selected for a 10-year IDIQ contract valued at $133.9 million to provide the U.S. Army with a contract writing and management system. The Army Contract Writing System (ACWS) will use CGI’s  Momentum enterprise solution.

Momentum is a web-based, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system built to support the federal financial, budget, asset and procurement management lifecycles. Other CGI Momentum clients include the U.S. Departments of Justice and State and the Federal Judiciary.
