AsiaInfo To Acquire Trend Micro Chinese Subsidiary

AsiaInfo Technologies, a Chinese provider of IT solutions and services in the telecommunications industry, is acquiring all of Trend Micro China’s business, including licensing of product and technology rights within the China market. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2015. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
