ARCHOS Launches 97 carbon Android Tablet

Consumer entertainment company ARCHOS is launching a new line of an entry-level 7, 8, and 9.7-inch Android tablets, dubbed the ‘Elements.’ The first in the series is already here. The ’97 Carbon’ includes 16GB of internal flash memory, 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 9.7” 5x multi-touch screen.

The ARCHOS 97 carbon is 21.8 ounces and 0.45” thick and costs $249.99. You can find a full list of specs here.
