Amplitude raises $30M

Analytics company Amplitude has raised $30 million in Series C funding led by IVP. Existing investors Benchmark Capital and Battery Ventures also participated in the round.

Somesh Dash, general partner at IVP, is joining the company as a board observer.

Amplitude has raised $59 million to date.
