Xactly to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $564M

Cloud-based incentive solutions Xactly has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for approximately $564 million.

J.P. Morgan Securities is acting as exclusive financial advisor and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, is serving as legal advisor to Xactly. Vista’s legal advisor is Kirkland & Ellis.
